What is Fetch Ad Manager?
Fetch Ad Manager is a self-serve platform where advertisers can review business information, create campaigns, manage billing, and track campaign performance.
How do I access Fetch Ad Manager?
You will access the platform through an email invitation sent by Fetch. Click the invite link and follow the prompts to create your password and review your business information.
What if my business information is wrong?
Review your business details during onboarding and update them if needed. Some changes may require review before your campaign can launch. The approval workflow indicates that edits to business details like name, logo, or location can trigger an additional review step.
What do I need before I can launch a campaign?
You need a business name, at least one valid location, a square logo, and one phone number per location. You will also need a credit card to complete billing setup.
Campaign Setup
When will my campaign go live?
Once submitted, your first campaign goes through review. Expected turnaround time for review is within 24–48 hours of submission. After your first campaign, campaigns can go live same-day without approval.
Why is my campaign still in review?
First campaigns are manually reviewed before they can launch. Your campaign may stay in review if business details or campaign content need additional verification or updates. Campaigns with pending edits are not visible in the Fetch app.
Why was my campaign rejected or sent back for changes?
A reviewer may flag issues with business legitimacy, business details, logo quality, location accuracy, or whether the offer content is appropriate for the Fetch app. The approval-flow requirements also note that logos must be square and that valid location and phone information must be present.
Can I edit my campaign after it goes live?
Yes; while a campaign is live, you can increase the budget and change the end date.
Can I cancel a campaign?
Yes; active campaigns can be canceled from the campaign detail page using the actions menu.
Billing & Payment
How do I pay for my campaign?
Payment is collected by credit card in Fetch Ad Manager. Billing is handled through Stripe-based payment flows.
