Billing & Payment
How do I pay for my campaign?
Payment is collected by credit or debit card in Fetch Ad Manager. Billing is handled through Stripe-based payment flows.
How am I billed?
Advertisers are billed using threshold billing. This means your payment method is charged when your account reaches a set billing threshold. If your account does not reach the threshold by the end of the month, any remaining balance under the threshold will be charged on the 1st of the following month.
For example, if your billing threshold is $100, your payment method will be charged when your account reaches $100 in spend. If you only spend $75 by the end of the month, that $75 balance will be charged on the 1st of the next month.
Billing and Budget
Advertisers cannot exceed their campaign budget. If any charges occur over the campaign budget, those charges qualify for a refund. Campaign budgets can be set or changed within the campaign, and the minimum campaign spend is $20.
Refunds
Refunds can take up to 1 week to process from Fetch. After Fetch processes the refund, it may take an additional 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to credit the refund to your account.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, active campaigns will be paused until payment is received. Payments may fail if the payment method is unsupported, such as a prepaid card, the card expiration date is invalid, the card cannot be verified, or the card is declined by the financial institution due to insufficient funds or a payment method limit.
Billing History and Payment Methods
Advertisers can view their billing history in the Billing Center and will also receive receipts by email. Payment methods can be changed in the Billing Center or during campaign setup.
Billing Support
If your billing doesn’t look right, reach out to [FAM support email] for help. Monthly invoicing is not currently supported, but advertisers can contact support to be added to the list to switch to monthly invoicing when it becomes available.
Card Authorization
If your card cannot be authorized, contact your issuing bank to find out why the authorization is being rejected. Once the issue is resolved, try adding the card again.
Promotional credits
New advertisers can unlock a promotional credit by spending $25 in eligible ad spend within their first 30 days on the platform. Once the $25 spend requirement is met, the credit will be applied to the advertiser’s next bill and must be used within 90 days of being issued. This offer is available to new advertisers only, is limited to one promotional credit per eligible advertiser, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
